Hair Removal
Laser hair removal and electrolysis selected for your skin tone, hair color, growth pattern, hormones, treatment area, and goal for reduction or permanent removal.
A NOTE FROM ELIZABETH
I have worked in hair removal for years, and I do not promise that one device is right for everyone. I explain honestly what laser can reduce, what electrolysis can permanently remove, and how the timeline changes as the remaining hair becomes finer or lighter.

CANDIDACY & SAFETY
Laser candidacy depends on hair pigment, skin tone, recent sun exposure, medications, and treatment history. Electrolysis can treat all hair colors but requires accessible follicles and enough growth to identify each hair.
Recent tanning, active infection, inflamed skin, photosensitizing medication, or inappropriate device settings can increase the risk of burns, pigment change, scarring, or delayed healing.
Unwanted hair can be a persistent source of frustration and self-consciousness, affecting your confidence and comfort in your own skin
Long-Lasting Results: Our advanced hair removal treatments offer a more permanent solution compared to traditional methods like shaving or waxing. Say goodbye to the constant hassle of frequent upkeep.
Don't let unwanted hair hold you back any longer. Contact us today to schedule a consultation and take the first step towards a hair-free, confident, and carefree you!

A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOUR BIOLOGY
Laser and electrolysis are not interchangeable. Laser can reduce larger areas of dark, coarse hair efficiently when the hair contains enough pigment. Electrolysis treats follicles individually and can permanently remove hair of any color.
I also consider hormonal change, PCOS, perimenopause or menopause, medications such as prednisone, prior waxing or tweezing, ingrown hairs, pigment changes, and whether the goal is broad reduction or complete clearance.
TREATMENT OPTIONS
Laser hair removal is selected for appropriate pigmented hair and skin combinations. Electrolysis is used for blond, red, gray, white, or residual hair and for areas where permanent follicle-by-follicle removal is the goal. Many patients benefit from using laser first and electrolysis for completion.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR TREATMENT
Laser energy is absorbed by pigment in actively growing hair and converted to heat that reduces future growth. Electrolysis delivers energy through a fine sterile probe placed into the follicle opening to disable the growth tissue. Both require repeated treatment because not every follicle is active at the same time.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We review skin tone, hair color and caliber, growth pattern, hormones, medications, prior methods, and treatment goals.
Laser, electrolysis, or both are selected for the area and hair present. Comfort measures and skin protection are individualized.
Appointments follow the growth cycle. We transition methods or adjust intervals as remaining hair becomes less dense, finer, or lighter.
TREATMENT GOALS & MONITORING
Your endpoint may be less dense growth, fewer ingrown hairs, easier grooming, reduced irritation, or permanent clearance of a specific area. The plan is based on your definition of success.
We monitor density, regrowth speed, hair caliber, skin response, and the amount and type of hair that remain. Settings, intervals, and the balance between laser and electrolysis change as treatment progresses.
AFTERCARE & RECOVERY
Temporary redness, warmth, or mild swelling around treated follicles can occur. Use a cool compress if needed, cleanse gently, avoid friction and irritating products, and protect the area from sun exposure. Follow the treatment-specific guidance you receive about exercise, heat, swimming, shaving, and topical products.
Do not tweeze, wax, or sugar between sessions because the follicle must remain available for effective treatment; shaving or trimming is usually preferred. Contact the clinic for blistering, increasing pain, spreading redness, drainage, significant pigment change, or a reaction that is not improving as expected.
